Holiday Shipping Delays
Due to the high volume of packages, as advised by UPS, FedEx and USPS, they will be experiencing delays between November 26th and January 1st. During that period, 1-day and 2-day shipments are not guaranteed. DK Hardware is dedicated to shipping all orders as quickly as possible, however we will not be responsible for any delayed shipments by UPS, FedEx and USPS during such time period.
Our main office and largest warehouse located in South Florida, but we also have several shipping warehouses throughout United States. It enables us to deliver orders to our customers as fast as possible at discounted rates.

Shipping Options
We offer Standard (UPS or USPS) and Express (UPS Overnight) shipping options. Each option offers a different delivery date. However, all options require time to process the order before shipping.
We pride ourselves on fast shipping and will do our best to ship your item within 48 hours. For larger orders, we might be able to have the item(s) shipped via common carrier.
APO / FPO Delivery
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. You must select "Standard Shipping” during the Checkout process.
Shipping Costs
We calculate shipping charges by the weight and size of the item. To determine your shipping costs for an item(s), simply add the item to the Shopping Cart. The shipping charges will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card information is required. Don't worry about adding items to the Shopping Cart - you can remove them at any time.
Shipments to international locations, AK, HI and oversized packages that require special freight are subject to change (if any changes required, you will be notified via customer service)
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order was marked as delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact our customer service right away. We will start a investigation with the shipping carrier to retrieve your package. The carrier investigation may take up to 5 business days. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. Peytons Pure Pressure is not responsible for any stolen packages.
